Nice-to-Have Assets The following experience would be beneficial but is not required. We value curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn over familiarity with specific tools or industries. - Previous experience in business development, data analytics, database management, or business operations. - Familiarity with CRM platforms, data visualization, or automation tools. - Experience using technology, including AI and analytical tools, to improve workflows and business processes. - Experience in private equity, asset management, financial services, or other institutional investment environments. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with Overbay and become a key resource across the organization, with the potential to build and lead a dedicated team as the business expands.
