This is not a traditional MIS or manual reporting role . The candidate should be capable of automating data workflows, developing Google Apps Script, working with SQL/PostgreSQL, building ETL processes and dashboards, and using AI extensively for development and analytics. Key Responsibilities Develop automation using Google Apps Script Automate data collection, cleaning, validation and transformation Build and maintain ETL/Data Pipelines Work with SQL and PostgreSQL for data storage and analysis Develop Google Sheets ↔ PostgreSQL data workflows Automate daily, weekly and monthly business reports Build dashboards, MIS reports and KPI tracking systems Perform data validation, reconciliation and exception analysis Analyse sales, revenue, discounts, commissions, settlements, refunds and cancellations Analyse inventory, purchase, food cost, wastage and operational performance Identify trends, abnormalities and business opportunities Convert raw data into meaningful and actionable business insights AI-First Working Approach Strong practical use of AI tools is required . Candidates should be comfortable using AI for: Apps Script and SQL development Python/Pandas ETL development Data cleaning and mapping Formula development Debugging and troubleshooting API integration Database design Data analysis Dashboard development Documentation and workflow automation Candidates will be responsible for validating AI-generated code, calculations and business logic before implementation. Required Skills Advanced Google Sheets & Excel SQL & PostgreSQL Google Apps Script Data Cleaning & Transformation ETL / Data Pipeline Development Data Validation & Reconciliation Dashboard & MIS Development Business Analytics Strong practical use of AI tools Preferred Skills Python / Pandas Power BI / Looker Studio REST APIs Database Modelling Git / GitHub Data Warehousing Workflow Automation Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in Food-Tech, Restaurant-Tech, E-commerce, Retail, QSR, Hospitality, Online Marketplace or other transaction-intensive businesses will be preferred. Experience analysing order-level data, settlements, commissions, discounts, promotions, advertising expenses, refunds, cancellations and profitability will be an advantage. What We Are Looking For We need a builder and problem solver, not only a report maker . You should be able to understand a business problem, identify the required data, automate the workflow, analyse the results and explain: What happened? Why did it happen? What is the business or financial impact? What action should be taken? Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹30,000–₹1,25,000 per month, depending on experience, technical capability, AI skills, automation expertise and business analytics knowledge. How would you rate your SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, CTEs, subqueries and data validation queries? Have you developed automation using Google Apps Script for Google Sheets or business workflows? Do you have hands-on experience working with PostgreSQL or another relational database? Have you built or maintained automated ETL/data pipelines involving data extraction, cleaning, validation, transformation and loading? How frequently do you use AI tools for coding, SQL, Apps Script, data analysis, debugging or workflow automation? Have you worked with transaction-level business data such as orders, sales, discounts, commissions, settlements, refunds, inventory or profitability?
