The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze sales and business performance reports to support management decision-making. Develop comprehensive analysis reports covering stores, products, promotions, expenses, and other business areas. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business strategies. Assist department heads in implementing improvement initiatives and corrective actions. Maintain accurate data records and ensure timely submission of reports. Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data reporting tools. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong time management, organizational, and coordination skills. Ability to communicate data insights clearly to different stakeholders. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment. Work Location: In person
