Business Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time.

Monthly Salary: AED 5,000–7,000 + Weekly Commission.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle sales inquiries through phone, email, chat, office visits, and referrals.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients, keeping accurate and updated CRM records.
• Advise clients on suitable company structures, licensing options, eligibility requirements, and mainland and free zone regulations.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and business meetups to generate new opportunities.
• Mentor new consultants and support business setup partners in strengthening their sales capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and coordinate with free zone authorities.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Use CRM tools to track sales performance, manage leads, and improve conversion rates.
• Stay informed about company services, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing sales results with lead generation data.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing of client requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including mystery shopping.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout company incorporation and visa processing.
• Communicate clearly and transparently about services, fees, and regulatory obligations.
