He/ She will report directly to the Country Manager and will be responsible for the activities of the branch. Responsibilities Daily organization of the Business Center Management of all employees within the Center Responsible for the Business Center occupancy rate Responsible for P&L Dealing with clients and being accessible to them Training and Development Networking Reporting to the HQ in Qatar Setting good behaviors and leading by example Maintaining productivity and standards Respect policies and procedures General Experience Business Centre and /or service industry experience Proven sales management track record Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of local market and regulations Proven sales management track record Excellent communication and coaching skills Good relationship builder Self-driven, Trustworthy, Ambitious Bilingual - English Arabic preferred Ability to deal with different nationalities and strong verbal and written English Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to RO900.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
