I'm working with an established international engineering and manufacturing business looking to appoint a Business Applications Lead.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced business applications professional with hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience, looking to take ownership of business-critical systems while developing their leadership responsibilities."

The Role:

• Take ownership of core business applications across ERP, CRM, PLM and integrations.
• Provide hands-on Dynamics 365 support, administration and configuration.
• Support an ongoing global D365 implementation.
• Manage application changes, testing, releases and continuous improvements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers and external suppliers.
• Lead and develop a small team of two application developers.

What They're Looking For:

• Practical experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Strong understanding of application support, administration and configuration.
• Knowledge of business processes across finance, purchasing, inventory and sales.
• Experience with system integrations, troubleshooting and release management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Previous team leadership or experience coordinating technical colleagues.
