OBusiness Applications & Integration Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Business Applications & Integration Supervisor to take end-to-end ownership of our business application landscape in a fast-growing retail organization.

The role will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, availability and continuous improvement of our in-house developed ERP, WMS, SAP, third-party e-commerce platforms, APIs, integrations, data and reporting services.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise application or business systems management.
• Previous experience in the retail industry is required.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, e-commerce and retail business processes.
• Experience managing or developing in-house business applications.
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows and databases.
• Experience managing software vendors, releases, testing and change processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL, reporting platforms and data-quality concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and spoken English and Turkish.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the business application portfolio and technical roadmaps.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the in-house ERP platform.
• Manage WMS, SAP and third-party e-commerce platforms.
• Lead APIs, system integrations and end-to-end data flows.
• Oversee Qlik-based BI, reporting and data-quality processes.
• Manage internal solutions, workflow applications and business automations.
• Coordinate internal development teams, business stakeholders and technology vendors.
• Manage requirements, testing, releases, deployments and change processes.
• Ensure application availability, performance, security and business continuity.
• Translate retail and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Manage application incidents, root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Maintain system documentation, integration maps and release plans.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with SAP and Qlik.
• Knowledge of store operations, supply chain, inventory, pricing, promotions and finance processes.
• Experience with third-party e-commerce platform integrations.
• Experience with automation tools and internal application development.
• Experience leading application implementation or transformation projects.
