Our core areas: ➡ Quantitative Finance ➡ Risk & Compliance ➡ Operations & Finance ➡ Transformation & Organization ➡ Information Systems We are looking for an Business and Systems Analyst MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Contribute to project management activities, working closely with project managers throughout the different phases of Finance implementation projects. - Follow the project management methodology, ensuring compliance with project milestones, deadlines and budget requirements. - Support the identification of solutions and workarounds for issues impacting project timelines, critical paths or budgets. - Prepare regular project status updates and communicate progress, actions, risks and decisions to project managers and team leaders. - Participate in project committees, providing updates on actions and decisions under the responsibility of the local team. - Define functional solutions for financial interfaces connecting business operating systems with Finance systems. - Analyze business requirements and define operational and accounting schemes , as well as the corresponding control framework. - Define the structure and required information of data flows feeding Finance systems. - Prepare and document functional and/or technical specifications for the solutions to be implemented. - Coordinate activities and actions across different stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives. - Support the evolution of the Chart of Accounts when required by the implemented solution. - Contribute to the evolution and configuration of financial systems and accounting-related solutions. - Contribute to the definition of the testing strategy and ensure the quality of project implementations. - Execute accounting and reporting testing phases and validate the results. - Provide aftercare support to reporting users following implementation. - Manage requests related to accounting interfaces in project mode, according to priorities defined by the team. - Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement activities within the assigned Finance systems and interfaces. PROFILE & SKILLS - 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant area such as Banking, Accounting or Finance . - Experience in Business Analysis, Project Management or Finance implementation projects . - Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field. - Good understanding of general accounting and/or banking accounting is a plus. - Knowledge of banking products or capital markets products . - Understanding of financial information systems and financial interfaces. - Experience working with project management methodologies , including project planning, milestones, risks and stakeholder coordination. - Good understanding of financial data flows, accounting processes and reporting requirements . - Experience with functional and/or technical specifications is a plus. - Experience with testing , particularly accounting, financial or reporting-related testing. - Good knowledge of MS Excel . - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify solutions to complex project or functional issues. - Strong attention to detail and rigor, particularly when working with financial and accounting information. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Adaptability and ability to work effectively in a changing and international environment. - Strong delivery mindset, with a focus on results and meeting deadlines . - English and Portuguese .
