# Business and P&L lead(D2C supplements) **Talentxo** · Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Mandatory criteria Strong Business / P&L Head Profile with end-to-end ownership of a health, wellness, or premium FMCG / D2C health brandMandatory (Experience 1): Must have 9+ years of experience, including 3+ years as a Business Head / GM.Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have proven full P&L ownership in Nutraceuticals, Wellness, Longevity, Premium FMCG, or D2C Health brands.Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have a track record of scaling a business to ₹100 Cr+ revenue.Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have driven revenue, profitability, brand, and distribution end-to-end, including defining multi-year business strategy, annual operating plans, budgets, and performance dashboards.Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have scaled across multiple channels — D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, health marketplaces, modern trade, premium pharmacies, and clinics — with exposure to new-age channels (doctor networks, wellness centers, corporate wellness).Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have strong brand-building and marketing leadership (ATL, BTL, influencer, doctor, digital), plus NPD / new-product-launch and portfolio management from ideation to commercialization.Mandatory (Experience 7): Must have D2C + Retail + E-commerce growth expertise, using performance marketing, data, CRM, and community to build LTV and brand loyalty.Mandatory (Industry): Must have a deep understanding of the longevity, anti-aging, and premium wellness consumer (or a closely adjacent premium health / wellness / nutraceutical category).Mandatory (Skill): Must be an entrepreneurial, data-driven, hands-on leader with excellent communication and external stakeholder management.Mandatory (Note): This role is for DEAGE, a longevity and cellular-health supplement brand under the Pure Nutrition platform.Mandatory (Education): MBA preferred; Tier-1 background a plus.
