business and estate planner attorney

Looking to hire attorney with 1-3 years of experience setting up companies, corporations in all states, setting up LLC's, drafting operating agreements. Will also be required to draft employment contracts, review severance agreements etc. Ability to estate planning work as well.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
