Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions that meet business needs. Assist in testing new systems or process changes to ensure they align with project goals. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience in business analysis or consultancy roles with a focus on process improvement or project support. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with business analysis tools, techniques, and documentation standards. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems or related field is preferred.
