The role will support requirements gathering, process analysis, system enhancements, and implementation initiatives across the insurance policy lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and functional requirements. Analyze end-to-end Life Insurance processes, including underwriting, policy issuance, servicing, billing, and claims. Work with business and technology teams to deliver eBao PAS enhancements and integrations. Prepare process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support API, web service, and data mapping requirements. Coordinate SIT/UAT, issue resolution, and implementation activities. Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and vendors. Requirements 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Life Insurance. Hands-on eBao PAS experience is required. Strong knowledge of Life Insurance policy lifecycle and processes. Experience with Shield products is a must. Knowledge of APIs, web services, system integrations, and data mapping. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Pay: From $5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
