Job Overview

Bhanzu is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join its International Business – Rest of World (ROW) team. The role involves analysing sales funnels, monitoring business performance, building dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve sales conversions and revenue across international markets.

You will work closely with the Head of International Sales to track key performance indicators, identify conversion gaps, and support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Salesforce CRM reports and dashboards.
• Analyse sales funnels, lead movement, demo bookings, enrolments, conversions, and revenue.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports across countries, teams, and sales representatives.
• Build and automate dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Track sales productivity, lead ageing, conversion rates, and target achievement.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
• Validate data accuracy and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Support revenue forecasting, target planning, and business reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Sales Analytics, MIS Reporting, or Sales Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including report creation, dashboards, filters, and data extraction.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and logical formulas.
• Experience in data cleaning, validation, reporting, and sales performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Consulting experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
