Bhd.** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Report directly to the Product Manager and support day-to-day product and project activities - Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements - Collate and prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents - Translate SOW and business needs into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD) - Communicate and clarify requirements with developers and technical teams - Work closely with Quality Analysts (QA) to support internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Coordinate and track Change Requests (CRs), ensuring: - Clear scope definition - Agreed timelines and deadlines - Strict follow-up until completion - Assist in project coordination activities such as timeline tracking, dependency management, and issue escalation - Ensure deliverables align with agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role - Background or strong knowledge in Information Technology (IT) - Good understanding of Agile methodology - Hands-on experience working with: - Websites - Web portals (SaaS platforms) - Mobile applications - Strong documentation skills (SOW, BRD, functional requirements) - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple change requests and deadlines concurrently Good to Have / Added Advantage - Understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) - Experience handling projects related to healthcare systems or platforms Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Malaysia? - How much notice are you required to give your current employer? - What's your expected monthly basic salary?
