Requirements Gathering & Analysis Engage stakeholders across departments and centres to gather, document, and validate business requirements for digital projects, including core systems, mobile/web applications, and AI tools. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams. 2. Business Process Mapping & Improvement Analyse current business processes across operations, franchise management, and digital tools; identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements or automation opportunities. 3. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyse operational, franchise, and system data — including AI tool adoption, app usage, and platform performance — to generate insights that inform strategic and project decisions. Prepare dashboards and reports for management review. 4. Business Case Development Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed digital initiatives, supporting prioritisation and budget approval. 5. Stakeholder Liaison Act as the link between business units (Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Finance) and technical/development teams, ensuring solutions delivered match actual business needs. 6. Solution Evaluation & UAT Support user acceptance testing (UAT) of new systems, mobile apps, and AI tools, ensuring solutions meet documented requirements before go-live. 7. Documentation & Process Governance Maintain up-to-date documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system specifications; ensure documentation supports audit, IPO, and franchise compliance needs. 8. Change Management Support Support user adoption of new digital tools through training material development, communication, and feedback collection from centres and staff. 9. Reporting to Head of Department Provide the Head of Department with regular updates on findings, gaps, risks, and recommendations related to digital initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to digital/IT projects, systems implementation, or process improvement. Proven experience translating business requirements into functional specifications for development teams. Familiarity with AI-based tools, mobile/web application development, or ICT systems is an advantage. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and/or Chinese is an advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and completeness of requirements documentation, measured by post-handover rework or change requests. Turnaround time for business case development and requirement sign-off. Adoption impact and measurable outcomes of implemented process improvement recommendations. Timeliness and accuracy of data analysis and reporting deliverables to management. Stakeholder satisfaction with analysis quality and communication.
