For our growing Professional Services Organization, we are now seeking a committed Business Analyst Pharma (m/f/x) As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of LIMS solutions to our clients. Acting as the bridge between business users and the technical implementation team, you will gather and document functional requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure that the system configuration aligns with customer expectations. You will work closely with project managers, configuration designers, and application programmers to deliver high-quality, timely, and fit-for-purpose solutions. Your Responsibilities: Ø Interface with customers to understand and document business processes and functional requirements Ø Translate user needs into clear functional specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with LabVantage architecture Ø Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth transition of requirements for configuration and development Ø Facilitate customer workshops to gather insights and define detailed business requirements Ø Create and manage Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) in line with project scope and consulting days Ø Support data migration and master data setup in coordination with the client Ø Lead or support acceptance testing with the client, documenting issues and managing resolution Ø Work closely with project managers to manage timelines, delivery expectations, and scope changes Ø Provide day-to-day contact and support to the client during implementation and transition phases Ø Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover to LabVantage Support Your Qualifications: Ø Fluency in French (C 1 level or above), Fluency in English, additional European languages are a plus Ø Minimum of 2 years’ experience in laboratory informatics (especially LIMS) Ø Experience working in the Pharma industry Ø Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Ø 3–5 years of experience in a consulting or customer-facing role Ø 2–3 years of experience in business analysis and/or business process re-engineering Ø Strong documentation, communication, and organisational skills Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a global project team Ø Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe as needed We Offer: Ø Salary range: €65,000–€85,000 gross per year (base salary), depending on qualifications and experience, plus a performance-related bonus of up to 10%.
