This role will focus on gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with developers, UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile application features. Candidates with experience in mobile apps, digital platforms, e-commerce, fintech, or loyalty platforms are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate requirements into BRD, user stories, and functional specifications . Analyze user journeys and mobile application workflows . Work with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive user experience. Support system integration with backend systems (APIs, CRM, payment gateways, etc.). Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Track defects and work with development teams for resolution. Analyze mobile app usage data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field . 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis. Experience working with mobile applications or digital platforms . Experience preparing BRD, FSD, user stories, and test cases . Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments .
