# Business Analyst (IT / Process Improvement / Systems Implementation) **Indra** · Taguig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role NOTE: We are looking for number of Business Analysts who have skills in following industries: - Technology (Fintech / Banking / Telco & Media) - Energy & Utilities - Experience in either of the ff: Systems Implementation / Process Implementation Responsibilities: - Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders using established business analysis methods. - Create use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to capture business needs and guide development efforts. - Work with business and technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and project delivery. - Help manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined and prioritized according to business goals. - Engage in various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, system design, testing, and implementation. - Assist in preparing and executing test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. - Track and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and meeting stakeholder expectations. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing team efficiency. - Support project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and action items. - Participate in retrospectives and provide insights for continuous improvement in business analysis practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or working on SDLC projects. - Prior experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and testing is required. - Strong understanding of the SDLC and familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies. - With experience in SAP Modules such as SD, FICO, and MM. - We're also looking fill a number of vacancies, open to junior, mid and senior roles.
