The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze processes, define requirements, design target operating models, and deliver process improvement solutions. Key Responsibilities - Conduct business process mapping and gap analysis. - Understand and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes. - Recommend Target Operating Models (TOM) and process improvements. - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Act as a bridge between business users, SMEs, and IT delivery teams. - Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions. - Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and workflow documentation. - Support solution validation, UAT, and implementation activities. Required Skills - Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering - Business Process Mapping (BPMN/Visio) - Target Operating Model Design - Gap Analysis & Process Re-engineering - Stakeholder Management - BRD / FRD Documentation - UAT Support - Agile / Waterfall Methodologies Domain Experience - Insurance: Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance OR - Financial Services: Banking Operations, Payments, Lending, Wealth Management Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, IT, or related fields. - 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Insurance or Financial Services. - Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
