The candidate should have a good understanding of business analysis processes, with knowledge or exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM). Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities - Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements. - Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes. - Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and other documentation. - Liaise with business and technical teams to translate requirements into clear functional requirements. - Support UAT, requirement validation, and implementation activities. - Assist with IAM-related requirements, access management, and process improvements. Requirements - Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in requirements gathering and documentation. - Good stakeholder communication and requirement elicitation skills. - Knowledge or exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM). - Strong documentation and analytical skills. - Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage.
