Join our AI-enabled HRMS SaaS product team as the bridge between Business, Product, Engineering,

QA, and Customers. Define and deliver scalable enterprise HRMS solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements Analysis & Product Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement-discovery sessions.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications.
• Identify process gaps, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
