The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Job Description: Vehicle Allocation & Utilisation Manage daily vehicle allocation based on operational demand and vehicle availability. Coordinate truck exchanges and deployment to ensure operational continuity. Fleet Data Analysis Analyse fleet utilisation, mileage, fuel, maintenance and cost data to identify performance gaps and optimisation opportunities. Prepare fleet performance reports and insights for management decision-making. Fleet Optimisation Identify underutilised vehicles and operational inefficiencies. Recommend corrective actions to improve fleet and cost efficiency. Requirements: Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is recommended. Strong understanding of operational processes and strategies to enhance efficiency. Experience in data analysis, cost-saving initiatives, budgeting, audits, data management, process improvements, and operations planning is a plus. Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex challenges, provide solutions, and work effectively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting. Location: Setia Alam
