Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to prepare a detailed product overview. You will be responsible for the whole flow of product development, from A to Z, including how the product fits into our current systems and processes. You will have the freedom to be creative and build something new that doesn’t exist on the market yet, including products around client transactions and payment flows.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Product Owners and stakeholders, and collect software requirements.
• Analyse existing system logic and identify gaps, contradictions and edge cases before development starts.
• Study which functionality can be added by analysing competitors and market solutions.
• Create mockups and process flows.
• Create detailed technical descriptions of the system’s functionality, down to each button, status and role.
• Prepare development tasks with clear Acceptance Criteria for developers, designers and QA.
• Prepare product descriptions, documentation and technical manuals for new and existing products.
• Take part in moving existing functionality to new products or areas while keeping the current logic consistent.
• Improve current solutions and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to get to the point without long stories.
• Understanding of the development process.
• Experience in FX or brokerage (broker side is better).
• Strong English (C1).
• Experience with user roles, permissions and status-based workflows.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations with third-party providers.
• Ability to describe complex logic simply for both technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment flows (deposits, withdrawals, PSP integrations, transaction statuses, reconciliation) or other fintech products.
• Understanding of KYC/AML processes from a product perspective.
