You will support the full value chain: Business Data Insight Action . Key Responsibilities Business to Data Gather and document business requirements, KPIs, and analytical needs. Translate business questions into clear data and reporting requirements. Assess feasibility, data availability, and priorities. Validate solutions with stakeholders. Data to Insight Analyze commercial and consumer data from internal and external sources. Build datasets, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI. Identify trends, root causes, opportunities, and risks. Ensure data quality and consistency. Insight to Action Present findings in clear business language. Turn analytics into actionable recommendations. Measure business impact and continuously improve insights. Stakeholder & Governance Support Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, IT, Data Engineering, and Research teams. Support data governance, KPI alignment, quality controls, and compliance processes. Manage stakeholder expectations and communication. Requirements University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years of experience in business analytics, BI, strategy, or business analysis. Strong skills in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in data analysis, visualization, and root-cause identification. Understanding of FMCG performance drivers and commercial metrics. Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills. Ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations. Experience working in multinational, cross-functional environments.
