Partners with dev and data engineering teams to deliver iterative Power BI reporting and uncover strategic insights across Finance, HR, Marketing, and Knowledge data. Key Responsibilities - Gather Requirements: Elicit, document, and prioritize business pain points, gaps, and feature requests across Firm Operations. - Build & Report: Analyze complex datasets, create ad hoc datasets (DAX), and support Power BI report development and updates. - Agile Execution: Manage backlog items and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Stakeholder Management & Training: Deliver data-driven insights (beyond basic presentation) to stakeholders, run demos, provide hypercare, and create user guides to drive BI tool adoption. - Data Quality: Assist with data lineage, metadata, and quality remediation. Requirements - Experience: 3–5 years in shared services, business analysis, and stakeholder management. Senior coordinator experience and professional services/legal background preferred. - Education: Bachelor’s in Computing, Info Science, or equivalent experience. - Technical Skills: - Core: Power BI, DAX, Excel. - Data/Querying: Basic SQL (writing/reviewing logic), Data Warehouses, Cubes. - Bonus: VBA, Databricks/Cloud platforms. - Methodologies: Strong Agile experience. - Soft Skills: Excellent written/oral English communication skills, strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, collaborative, and focused on translating data into actionable insights. - Work Setup: Hybrid 3x a week in Makati | Late Midshift Application Question(s): - Are you open to a late midshift schedule? - What is your expected salary?
