Job description

We are seeking an experienced Finance/ Loan Business Analyst to join our team and support the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions, with a particular focus on systems built on or integrated with the Finance platform . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered effectively.

• Receive requests for product, process, and feature development or improvement from business units. Analyze requirements and advise the most effective solutions for implementation.
• Collaborate with developers to design solutions for business requirements. Prepare detailed requirement specifications in a format suitable for developers, ensuring clarity and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with business users and QA/Test teams to validate development outcomes, ensuring solutions meet agreed business requirements.
• Support business units in drafting and issuing user guides and operational manuals for technology products.
• Deliver product and feature training sessions for IT support teams and business users when required.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) before deployment.
• Train and guide end-users on system functionalities.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in finance / banking
• Hands-on knowledge or working experience with the Nucleus solution (or similar core banking (loan)/finance platforms) is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to clearly define business processes and system requirements.
• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Proficient in English
