Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements - Create User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and Use Cases - Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams - Conduct workshops and requirement elicitation sessions - Collaborate with US clients and stakeholders to understand business needs - Support Agile ceremonies and backlog management activities - Assist with UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution - Ensure requirements are accurately captured and communicated throughout the project lifecycle Requirements - QualificationNot specified - Experience7+ Years - Immediate Hiring Required Skills - 7+ years of Business Analysis experience - Strong Banking / Financial Services domain expertise - Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation - Expertise in User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and Use Cases - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience working directly with US clients and stakeholders - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills - Experience supporting workshops, requirement sessions, and UAT activities - Experience in digital banking or banking transformation programs (Nice to Have) - Exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives (Nice to Have) - Strong business process improvement and stakeholder engagement experience (Nice to Have)
