The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of banking and lending operations, strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The candidate should also be comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. - Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Create process models, workflows, and business documentation to support solution design and delivery. - Work closely with business users, product owners, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood. - Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and workshops. - Support the development and implementation of business solutions aligned with banking and lending requirements. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. - Clarify requirements and resolve questions throughout development and testing. - Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations. - Maintain clear and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications and Requirements - Strong understanding of banking and lending operations, products, and business processes . - Proven experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and process modeling. - Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable documentation. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Pragmatic, analytical, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving. - Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams. - Hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment . - Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities while meeting project objectives. Preferred Skills - Experience working on banking, lending, or financial services projects. - Familiarity with lending processes such as loan origination, credit assessment, loan processing, and loan servicing. - Experience preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. - Experience collaborating with product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders. - Knowledge of business process improvement and requirements management practices. Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mandaluyong
