The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset, capable of translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements within Agile delivery environments. Job Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Banking and Lending operations, products, and processes. - With 8 to 10 years of work experience in Banking and Lending operations. - Experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, and process modeling. - Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure information clearly and effectively. - Pragmatic, goal-oriented approach to problem-solving and solution delivery. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in Agile ceremonies. - Ability to collaborate effectively with business, product, and technology teams.
