Responsibilities - Gather and document business and system requirements. - Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Work with stakeholders to understand project goals and priorities. - Prepare business requirements, process documentation, and reports. - Translate business needs into clear functional requirements. - Support testing, implementation, and project-related activities. - Track issues and coordinate with technical and business teams. - Assist with process improvement and solution evaluation. Requirements - Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience creating requirements and process documentation. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business analysis tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
