The Business Analyst will work closely with senior management to analyse business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations. The successful candidate will review existing business processes, analyse operational and financial data, prepare reports, identify trends, and support business transformation initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and service delivery. Responsibilities Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Gather, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders. Analyse financial, operational, and performance data to provide meaningful insights. Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management review. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business growth. Recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Support process optimisation and implementation of new systems and procedures. Assist management with strategic planning and business development initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate business performance. Collaborate with different teams to improve workflow and service delivery. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse complex data and present clear recommendations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience preparing reports and supporting strategic decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.
