In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and software development lifecycle analysis. Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes. - Design and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other reporting platforms to visualize key metrics effectively. - Manage data extraction, transformation (ETL), and loading processes utilizing SQL databases, Talend, Python, R, Bash scripts, and Oracle to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Collaborate with technical teams to develop and maintain SQL queries, database schemas, and data models aligned with business needs. - Conduct software development lifecycle (SDLC) analysis to support project planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance of analytics solutions within Agile environments. - Perform data analysis using Excel data analysis techniques and other analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Support requirements analysis for new projects by translating business needs into technical specifications while ensuring alignment with business intelligence strategies. Qualifications - Proven experience in business analysis with strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile. - Proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, Looker; experience with dashboard development is essential. - Solid knowledge of SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) along with query management skills for efficient data retrieval. - Technical proficiency in ETL processes using Talend or similar tools; experience with Python, R, VBA, Bash scripting enhances your capabilities. - Expertise in database design principles and data model design to support scalable analytics solutions. - Familiarity with business intelligence concepts such as linked data integration and reporting/reporting tools. - Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into clear insights; excellent requirements analysis skills are a must. - Experience working within project management frameworks like Agile; ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle analysis to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions into existing systems.
