About the Role We are seeking a vibrant, detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong quality mindset and the ability to look at products through the customer's eyes. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, analyzing complex requirements, developing standards, and ensuring successful end-to-end project execution. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Analyze business requirements using use cases, user stories, business rules, process diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Author and maintain Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user manuals, and Change Request (CR) forms. Bridge Business & Tech: Identify and bridge operational or technical gaps between client requirements and internal development teams throughout project execution. Client & Stakeholder Management: Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations, and training for both internal and external stakeholders. Secure formal SRS sign-offs. Proposals & Compliance: Assist internal teams in completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and conduct Business Analysis compliance checks. Project Lifecycle Delivery: Work in close coordination with Project Managers and Delivery Teams. Participate in post-go-live audits, certifications, and customer acceptance workflows. Process Improvement: Review client business models and project scopes to introduce more efficient, effective methods for project completion. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field. Domain Expertise: Proven prior experience in Banking & Finance, Merchant Acquiring, or Payment Systems . BA Frameworks: Demonstrated experience defining and documenting user stories/requirements using Agile methodologies, process mapping, and data flow modeling. Methodology: Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Core Competencies: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and customer-centric design.
