You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle. What You'll Do - Translate business requirements into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions - Create functional and solution design documentation - Conduct fit-gap analysis , data mapping, and impact assessments - Work with developers to resolve issues identified during SIT and UAT - Support test planning, test cases, and solution validation - Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to stakeholders - Support solution deployment and required documentation - Collaborate with business, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders What We're Looking For - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - Experience in functional analysis, solution design, and system integration - Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions - Experience with APIs, middleware, or cloud-based integrations - Good understanding of SIT/UAT and the SDLC - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, or Service Bus.
