Duties and Responsibilities: Gathers information for developing and modifying data processing system. Prepares feasibility studies, project plan, WBS, business requirements functional specifications (BFRS), test plan, process/system flow and minutes of the meeting. Performs data extraction through query commands. Assists users in the preparation/walkthrough to the users. Conducts/Attends project meetings. Monitors project timetable to ensure within the schedule. Immediately acts on system problems/concerns whenever a report is made by users whether through interruption log sheet, email or verbal report. Prepares and updates the Users Transaction Reference Manual for newly developed or modified system. Acts as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams. Documents results of studies and investigations. Documents and analyzes the required information and data. Ensures project documentations are complete once system is signed-off. Prepares required reports. Makes formal presentations of findings and recommendations in formal and in oral reports. Acts as "Help Desk" for system problem/concerns. Fulfills administrative reporting requirements. Qualifications: Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science or other computer-related course Having at least 2 years of experience as Business Analyst, preferably in an insurance/financial institution Above average verbal and written business communication skills Technical skills -SDLC concepts Excellent analytical skills Negotiation and Persuasion Skills Problem-solving skills Decision-making skills Soft/Interpersonal skills To be able to work independently minimal supervision Ability to keep focused Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools Programming skills Action-oriented Ambivert (Introvert/Extrovert) Resourceful Inquisitive (eager to learn) Need for attention to detail Approachable Team player Calm under pressure Manages time well Dependable Responsible Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
