Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and build scalable analytics solutions across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt. The role combines advanced data analytics, automation engineering, and AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance. You will develop automated data pipelines, intelligent workflows, and interactive analytics applications while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data tables, data marts, and standardized reporting models across multiple regions.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and automate end-to-end data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting using Python and cloud technologies.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and LLM-based solutions for anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, forecasting, and automated insight generation.
• Build interactive, React-based analytics applications integrated with APIs, serverless functions, and cloud data services.
• Transform manual reporting processes and static dashboards into automated, self-service analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, inventory, marketing, and customer experience to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable analytics products and automation tools that enhance operational efficiency and enable real-time decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a similar role;
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong Python development skills, including experience building production-grade data pipelines and automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon QuickSight.
• Proven ability to independently manage stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and deliver end-to-end projects.
• Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks, API integrations, and cloud-based application development is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, Glue, S3, and Step Functions is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Pay: E£50,000.00 per month
