Problem-solving: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Process improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization and efficiency strategies. Requirements collection: collecting, recording and validating business requirements for new projects or plans. Communication: Effectively convey findings, recommendations, and progress to technical and non-technical audiences. Requirement : Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst. Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools. Good command of Mandarin proficiency
