Key Responsibilities Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and clarify business requirements. Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Analyse and document current and future-state business processes, workflows, business rules, and system behaviours. Work closely with product owners, solution architects, developers, testers, and business users throughout the SDLC. Define functional requirements for system integrations, interfaces, data mappings, validations, and dependencies. Support SIT/UAT by reviewing test scenarios, clarifying requirements, and assisting with defect triage. Maintain requirements traceability, documentation, assumptions, dependencies, and stakeholder sign-offs. Requirements 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in IT implementation projects. Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and data mapping is an advantage. Experience with BPMN/UML, SIT/UAT, and enterprise or government projects is a plus. ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
