They are seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. In this role, you will work closely with product, project, engineering, and vendor teams throughout the full project lifecycle — from discovery and design through to deployment and production stabilisation. This is a 12-month contract engagement based in Singapore, with the possibility of a 12-month extension, offering strong exposure to impactful public-facing digital systems. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business and user needs, translating them into clear user stories , functional and non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria Facilitate workshops and structured discussions with business users, product owners, engineers, and vendors to clarify requirements and support solution design Assess the impact of proposed changes and assist in prioritisation and scope decisions in collaboration with project stakeholders Develop and maintain process flows, data mappings, business rules, and requirements documentation to ensure comprehensive and accurate project artefacts Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability , support backlog refinement, and participate actively in sprint planning and agile ceremonies Analyse business and operational data, define relevant performance measures, and support the design of reporting and dashboard requirements Prepare test scenarios and coordinate system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) , tracking defects through to verified resolution Support deployment planning, change communications, operational readiness activities, and post-production stabilisation to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations Requirements Around 4–6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on enterprise or government digital transformation projects Proven ability to document business requirements , process flows, data mappings, and traceability matrices with a high degree of clarity and rigour Hands-on experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing requirements across cross-functional teams including business users, engineers, and third-party vendors Solid understanding of software testing practices, including the preparation of test scenarios and coordination of UAT and defect management cycles Experience working within agile delivery frameworks (e.g. Scrum or SAFe), including sprint ceremonies and backlog management (is a bonus) Prior exposure to citizen-facing digital services or public sector projects in Singapore (is a bonus) If you are passionate about technology and meet the above requirements, please don't hesitate to apply.
