The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess solid analytical skills, hands-on experience in AI or data-driven projects, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities · Conduct business and impact analysis, gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, and translate them into clear technical specifications and solution designs. · Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions. · Support project execution by managing timelines, tracking milestones, coordinating resources, identifying risks, and resolving issues. · Perform quality assurance activities, including UAT coordination, test planning, and validation of system outputs. · Prepare user documentation, training materials, and conduct user training and briefing sessions to support system adoption and change management. · Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices based on business needs and emerging technologies. · Provide ongoing user support, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. · Ensure alignment withIT governance, organisational strategies, and compliance standards. · Assist in administrative and governance tasks such as vendor management, procurement, contract coordination, budgeting, and funding processes. Job Qualification · Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and IT project delivery. · Strong knowledge of business process analysis (BPR) and system implementation lifecycle (SDLC), with good understanding of modern technologies such as web-based applications, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture. · Hands-on experience in AI-related projects (e.g., AI solutions, automation, data analytics, or LLM-driven applications) is required. · Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. · Familiar with Agile methodology, with exposure to UAT and quality assurance processes. · Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written). · Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) and certifications (e.g., PMP) will be an advantage. · Able to workindependently and collaborativelyin a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and confident attitude. · Experience in consulting, fintech, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
