Perks & Benefits: - Guaranteed 15 months’ pay - HMO - Medical reimbursements - Internal & external trainings - Year-round fun & exciting Company Events - Employee appreciation - Work-life balance Job Description: - Responsible for planning, designing, developing and launching efficient business operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. - Meets with end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals. - Analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. - Plans and executes quality assurance testing and coordinates user acceptance test activities. - Facilitating training programs to end users for all modified and new systems. Qualifications: - Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related course. - Work experience in the same or related position or industry is an advantage - Modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment and related spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications - Standard and accepted usage of the English language; communication techniques required for gathering, evaluating and transmitting information and directing group discussions.
