The Business Analyst will work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and external partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of software and system changes. This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured documentation skills, and experience within fintech or banking environments. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and technical documentation. Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies to determine viable solutions. Design end-to-end payment process flows (e.g., collections, payouts, reconciliation, settlement). Review and evaluate system modifications, integrations, enhancements, and fixes. Coordinate with development teams, vendors, and third-party providers during build and integration phases. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Develop comprehensive test cases including end-to-end (E2E) scenarios. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather structured feedback from stakeholders. Produce BRDs, FRDs, process maps, data mapping documents, and impact assessments. About you Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in Payments, Fintech, or Banking industry is highly preferred. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with payment systems (e.g., remittance, card processing, QR payments, wallet systems, settlement, reconciliation) is an advantage. Experience writing structured documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories). Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
