Key Responsibilities Requirements & Analysis Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews Produce high-quality artefacts including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria Analyse existing consumer servicing systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Perform impact assessments for proposed changes and new initiatives across servicing platforms Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for development and QA teams Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leads across APAC markets Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate and lead requirement workshops, stakeholder reviews, and UAT sessions with confidence and clarity Communicate complex or technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non technical audiences Manage competing stakeholder priorities and navigate ambiguity with professionalism Delivery Support Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iteration reviews Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, coordinating business testers, and tracking defect resolution Monitor and validate that delivered solutions meet agreed acceptance criteria and business outcomes Assist in change management activities including stakeholder communications, training materials, and go-live readiness Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Documentation & Governance Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle Ensure requirements traceability from business need through to solution delivery Support compliance and audit requirements by maintaining clear records of business decisions and sign-offs Requirements Must Have Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to technology or digital transformation projects Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational dynamics Hands-on experience working on client-facing or consumer servicing systems (e.g. digital portals, CRM platforms, contact centre solutions) Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, complex delivery environments with multiple concurrent initiatives Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured requirements Proficiency in producing BA artefacts: user stories, process maps, BRDs, use cases, and acceptance criteria Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and MS Office suite Preferred Financial services industry experience — banking or insurance sector strongly preferred Experience with consumer-facing platforms such as digital self-service portals, policy/account management systems, or omnichannel servicing solutions Exposure to CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) or contact centre platforms (e.g. Nice CXone, Genesys) Experience working in a regulated environment with compliance, data privacy, or audit obligations Background in process improvement, business process modelling (BPMN), or lean methodologies Relevant certification: CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA, or equivalent Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
