Project Description: Alinea International has been contracted by the UK Government to support defence reforms in Ukraine, working with civil society, Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence, and other relevant stakeholders. The project is designed to support defence reforms in Ukraine with a view to making the sector more efficient and accountable. The Role: The embedded project team is seeking for three Business Analyst / AI Prototyping Specialist to develop digital applications on top of the existing ERP platform. Standard interfaces do not always reflect how users actually work. The aim is to create simple, role-based and user-friendly digital solutions that help the armed forces complete their tasks faster and get more value from the platform already built. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of end users, subject-matter experts and developers: researching unit needs, rapidly building prototypes with modern AI tools, defining requirements, and supporting solutions from implementation through to ongoing product development. Key Areas of Expertise: - Business analysis, requirements gathering and formalisation, user stories - Digital product and user interface (UI/UX) prototyping using AI tools - Product management and the software development lifecycle - Enterprise information systems: ERP, SAP, SAP Fiori - Stakeholder engagement at all levels Key Responsibilities: - Analyse user needs and research real-life working scenarios of military units - Create prototypes of interfaces and digital solutions using modern AI tools - Define requirements and user stories and hand solutions over to the development team for implementation - Coordinate interaction between users, subject-matter experts and developers. - Collect post-implementation feedback and support the continued development of products. - Contribute to reporting and documentation for Alinea and the donor Qualifications and Experience: Mandatory: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager or UI/UX Designer - Advanced skills in using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) - Skills in prototyping digital products and user interfaces - Experience in gathering, analysing and formalising business requirements - Understanding of the digital product lifecycle and software development processes - Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at different levels - Native-level Ukrainian; English B2 (CV and cover letter to be submitted in English) Desirable: - Experience working with SAP, ERP systems or enterprise information systems - Experience developing SAP Fiori applications Job Categories: Active Projects Job Types: Consultant Full Time Job Locations: Kyiv Ukraine Job Sectors: Governance
