# Business Analyst – AI Development & Industrialization **ADVISORY KEY** · Paris (75) · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 12 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Your Day-to-Day: - Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops - Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation - Manage and refine the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner - Work closely with developers, AI engineers and business stakeholders throughout delivery - Define business and data requirements for AI use cases, including search, document intelligence and AI assistants - Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Coordinate business feedback, identify issues and contribute to continuous improvements - Prepare functional documentation and support user adoption Your Profile: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital, data or AI projects - Experience in the financial services / asset management sector - Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management - Solid experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies, user stories and product backlog management - Experience with AI / Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, semantic search or document intelligence - Good understanding of data quality, metadata, access rights and confidentiality - Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or equivalent tools - Strong analytical, communication and synthesis skills - Proactive, structured and collaborative mindset - Professional proficiency in French and English Job Category: AI Business Analyst Job Type: CDI Job Location: Paris
