Job Summary Supervise facility operations to ensure smooth service delivery, manage on-site teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and uphold safety and compliance standards in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all facility operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and effective service delivery Act as the primary liaison between facility management, contractors, and building users to resolve operational matters efficiently Monitor and manage on-site teams including technicians, cleaners, and security to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and service requests to ensure timely resolution and appropriate escalation Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and regulatory compliance issues Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance activities, and shift handovers for operational transparency Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility management Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements relevant to facility operations Prepare and submit detailed shift reports with recommendations for process improvements Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing guidance and support to team members Required competencies and certifications Ability to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Master’s Degree in Management, Science, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility or operations management with supervisory or managerial responsibilities Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and workplace safety Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills ENERGY ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS PTE.
