# Building Materials Sales Representative **Fiable Fastener Limited** · Yuen Long, New Territories · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities *Sales & Business Development: Actively promote building materials and industrial fixings to Main Contractor Procurement Teams, Site Engineers, and Sub-contractors. *Site Engagement & Technical Support: Perform regular site visits across HK to offer technical product advice, present engineering samples, and prepare competitive quotations. *Client Portfolio Expansion: Build and maintain strong relationships with site supervisors, purchasing managers, sub-contractors, and local hardware dealers. *Order & Credit Management: Oversee end-to-end order processing, coordinate delivery logistics with job sites, and manage invoicing and timely payment collection. Requirements *Education: Higher Diploma or above in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines. *Licensing: Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and Hong Kong Driving License (Codes 1 & 2) required. *Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience in construction or building materials preferred. Fresh graduates with high drive and quick learning agility are welcome. *Competencies: Proactive, self-motivated, strong negotiation and communication skills. *Languages: Fluent Cantonese; good working knowledge of English and Mandarin. Benefits * Competitive base salary(HK$14,000-HK$18,000) + Commission + Performance-based bonus. *Travel Allowance / Reimbursable field expense (or Company Vehicle provided subject to duty requirements). * 5-day work week, Bank Holidays, and comprehensive product training. 薪酬： $14,000.00至$18,000.00（每月） Work Location: 親身到場
