Building Manager ( Male )
Overall in charge of the operation and management of the building including maintain proper documentation and records. Liaise between the various parties e.g. Management Owners / Tenant etc. Any other duties to be assigned by the Management Council from time to time. Attending monthly council meeting. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Good analytical mind, self-starter, and able to start work independently. Fluent in English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia Attractive remuneration for suitable candidate.
