Manage the drafting resources to meet the project timelines Develop team performance through capability development and specific/constructive feedback Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English. Prepare and/or assist in BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflow & methodologies. Develops BIM capability and capacity for Architecture, Structures, MEP, 4D Scheduling, Clash Detection and Construction Planning. Liaises with clients, consultants, suppliers and in-house team on the implementation of BIM.
