# Building Engineer (Clark, Pampanga) **Savills Philippines, Inc** · San Fernando · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors/College Degree Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, With Professional License ( Passed Board/Professional License Exam ) At least 1-2 years of work experience in the related field Required Technical Skills: Leadership Skills, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, Decision-Making Skills, Specializes in maintenance/repair (building, machinery, HVAC & Genset) MUST HAVE knowledge on reviewing of Fit-Out JOB DESCRIPTION Assist in managing building operations, including vendor coordination, SLA/KPI monitoring, security, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment. Conduct regular property inspections, ensure equipment reliability with minimal downtime, and promptly address tenant concerns and service requests. Monitor health, safety, and regulatory compliance by maintaining safety systems, recording incidents, and ensuring permits, licenses, and certifications are up to date. Support administrative and financial operations by preparing reports, maintaining ISO-compliant documentation, monitoring utility consumption, managing operational inventory, and assisting with OPEX/CAPEX tracking. Oversee tenant fit-out activities by reviewing construction plans, monitoring renovation compliance, conducting site inspections, and ensuring adherence to approved guidelines and government requirements. Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders through regular engagement, service excellence, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, participate in company programs and training, and perform other duties assigned by management.
